We called and were greeted by Hanna on the phone to rent a dock height box truck for picking up much needed water for some people in western NC. We returned our moving truck and learned that Port City also had self storage units. Hanna was super sweet and helpful when asking about units. She was great when we did end up renting a unit and very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.Driving Directions
